Prof. Osman Gultekin
Prof. Osman Gultekin, Currently, UNESCO Chair on Cultural Diplomacy, Governance and Education; vice-Chair of UNESCO Education for Sustainable Peace; Director of International Relations, an assistant professor in the department of Political Science and International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Istanbul Aydin University, Istanbul, Turkiye. And, country director at the Society of Transnational Academic Researchers – STAR Scholars Network. Studied Economics at Bogazici University, MBA at Bahcesehir University and Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations at Bahcesehir University. Did post-doctoral studies in the Political Science department in Carleton University. More than 20 years of experience and advocacy in International Education and Youth Educational Travel. Dealt with more than 10000 students’ study abroad program consultancy. Have been in more than 50 countries including North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Served as former President at Pertevniyal Alumni Association (PLYD) and at Turkish International Educational Counsellors and Agencies Association (YEDAD) previously.

Prof. Dr. Nicia Guillén Yparrea is a Professor at the School of Engineering and Sciences, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. Her expertise focuses on educational innovation through technological tools, the development of intercultural and global competencies, and fostering professional collaboration across diverse cultural groups. She actively explores how digital and immersive technologies—including virtual platforms, augmented reality, and the Metaverse—can strengthen intercultural collaboration and enhance learning in higher education. Dr. Zilola Alisherovna Mirkasimova
Dr. Zilola Alisherovna Mirkasimova is an academic and researcher at Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Uzbekistan. She has extensive experience in higher education, with a strong focus on language studies, linguistics, and foreign language education. As a lecturer and researcher, Dr. Mirkasimova actively contributes to academic development through teaching, research activities, and international academic collaboration.
Her areas of expertise include applied linguistics, language education, and the development of language teaching in global and multicultural contexts. Prof. Asep Bayu Dani Nandiyanto
Professor Asep Bayu Dani Nandiyanto, a distinguished scholar from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), is a leading expert in the field of particle technology, particularly in the realm of chemistry, chemical engineering, nanotechnology, aerosols, and colloids. His research has garnered significant recognition, resulting in over 419 publications in Scopus with an h-index of 43. Professor Nandiyanto’s work has focused on developing innovative spray-drying methods for producing controlled morphology particles, ranging from the nanometer to sub-micrometer size ranges. He has also made significant contributions to understanding the use of ammonia as an effective hydrogen storage solution. Professor Nandiyanto’s expertise in these areas makes him a highly qualified speaker for ICoSBi, where he will likely share his insights on the intersection of mathematics and natural sciences in particle technology, highlighting the potential applications of his research in various fields. His contributions to ICoSBi will likely focus on the role of particle technology in addressing global challenges related to energy, materials science, and environmental sustainability.
Ranitya Nurlita, S.Pi.
is the Founder & Director of Wastehub, an initiative focused on integrated waste management, informal waste sector empowerment, and circular economy development in Indonesia. A graduate of IPB University, she has experience in research and implementation of programs related to plastic reduction, waste management, and community sustainability. Ranitya also serves as an environmental consultant for international organizations such as UNEP and UN ESCAP, contributing to climate resilience programs and sustainable smart-city initiativesersity, specializing in digital image processing and information technology. A graduate of Tokyo Metropolitan University, he has extensive experience as an academic and diplomat, having served as an education attaché at the Indonesian embassies in Dili and London. As Director General, Prof. Khairul focuses on transforming higher education through quality enhancement, impactful research collaboration, and technology integration to strengthen the national innovation ecosystem.
